Disguise Shop specializes in quality costumes and accessories inspired by various eras (20s-80s), themed collections (Addams Family, American Heroes), and animal-inspired outfits. Our products include:

• Accessories and Accessory Kits

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the color, texture, or details of our products.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice.

Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This is not an order confirmation. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept when we send a shipment confirmation email.

Pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Payment is processed at the time of order. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

We ship worldwide, excluding Asia and some remote areas. We offer two shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Flat rate: $12.95.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

We want you to be completely spellbound by your costume! Our return policy is designed with your satisfaction in mind.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date you receive your item.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for return, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (original order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened Accessory Kits
• Intimate items
• Customized or special order costumes
• Items not in original condition (worn, washed, or damaged)
• Items missing original tags or packaging

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Wait for approval and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Securely package the item in its original packaging

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we process your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

International Returns

For customers outside the United States (excluding Asia and some remote areas), return shipping costs may vary. Contact us for specific instructions.
