Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships!

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Flat rate: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Please note: We ship worldwide, excluding Asia and some remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be spellbound by your costume! If something isn’t quite right, our flexible returns and exchanges policy is here to save the day. ✨

Return Basics

  • Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your item.
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: Original order number or receipt required.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure everyone receives fresh, quality costumes, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened Accessory Kits or intimate items (for hygiene reasons).
  • Customized or special order costumes.
  • Items not in original condition (worn, washed, or damaged).
  • Items missing original tags or packaging.

The Returns & Exchanges Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to speed things up!
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Pack Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to:

  5. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Information

  • Timing: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we process your return.
  • Method: Refunds go back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We’re happy to help! Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
