Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships!
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two convenient shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Flat rate: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Please note: We ship worldwide, excluding Asia and some remote areas.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be spellbound by your costume! If something isn’t quite right, our flexible returns and exchanges policy is here to save the day. ✨
Return Basics
- Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your item.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of Purchase: Original order number or receipt required.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure everyone receives fresh, quality costumes, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened Accessory Kits or intimate items (for hygiene reasons).
- Customized or special order costumes.
- Items not in original condition (worn, washed, or damaged).
- Items missing original tags or packaging.
The Returns & Exchanges Process
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to speed things up!
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Pack Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

Refund Information
- Timing: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we process your return.
- Method: Refunds go back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Exchanges
